Calf Liposuction
|
Question: I'm currently at 135
pounds and about 11% bodyfat. I'm 5'7' and female, size 6 pants. I am
gentically inclined to carry my fat on my lower body. I know, not uncommon
for women. But, I have large calves for a female and I have this extra fat
between the bottom of my calf and my ankle -- back side only pretty much
now. It's not unsightly or that bumpy fat, but it prevents my calves from
really cutting up. I've been working hard for that v-shaped split and I'm
really getting frustrated that my calves are not at lean and cut up as the
rest of my body. Does anyone have suggestions to cut up calf muscles
without building more muscle? As I said, I have enough size on my calves,
just want to cut up what I have. I've asked so many people about this and
no one can give my much information, except to overtrain my calves.
Can anyone give me some suggestions?
Answer: ince it isn't possible to spot reduce fat, you have two options: 1. Diet. As you are female and already at 11%, that is probably unhealthy. 2. Liposuction.
Are you sure it is 11%? That is VERY low...maybe dangerously low.
that is a very odd place to carry fat unless you are huge. If
you are 11% I'm almost sure it is not fat. Did you see a doctor?
If they are big already and you are 11% already then there is not a
whole hell of a lot left to do. If you go sub10% n yoru BF level you
will almost surely suffer adverse side effects (assuming you are not
already).
