Liposuction Cannula
|
Question: My wife is planning to buy a Tummy Roller.....
has anyone any experience of these things and do they work.....
Can anyone give me some suggestion or where and how I can
find out these information?
I've searched but find too much information and don't know what's
right or wrong so I'm in need of your experience, not in theoritically.
Answer: Just asking implies you have your doubts; that's good. The only device
that can remove fat for you is a liposuction cannula. Everything else
requires personal effort. Often times *a lot* of personal effort (i.e., your genetics might make dreams of washboard abs difficult to
achieve (but then who does laundry on their stomach these days?
Additionally, spot reduction is a myth. An aerobic activity you can
stick with will do a lot more for you than dropping money on some silly
device that you'll just be sticking in the attic or garage next to the
step machine, exercise bike, and elastic bands.
What Doc said is true. Certain ab exercises/machines will give you
stronger abs, but if your body fat percentage is too high, your abs
will stay a hidden secret.
When you lose bodyfat, it comes of the order your body chooses. I
personally have very pronounced cheek bones and wish less fat would
come off my face and come off other places. But unfortunely, I don't
have much say in the matter.
Quite often when you buy these ab machines, they include a note in the
instructions that you need to include 3 or 4 session of cardio a week
to really see the results. What they're really saying is that there
product doesn't deliver on it's promises.
If you do have a low body-fat percentage, then you might see the
results from some of these products. Otherwise, save your money.
