Liposuction Com

Question:

I have to face Weight Problem. Is Liposuction a Solution?

I am 4 ft and 11.75in tall and currently weigh 165lbs. I have gained 40lbs in the last 4-5 months. No, I am not pregnant. I have no idea why I have gained so much weight in such short amount of time. I have been eating healthier, relatively. I have PCOS (polycystic ovaries syndrome), I went to see my dr. to see if the condition has worsen, but the dr. said everything is fine. I am considering liposuction. I have tried eating healthy and exercising, but that doesn't seem to do anything (not even when I was working at my old job, where I had to walk 8 hrs non-stop, 5 days a week). My aunt had lipo when she was 200lb at the height of 5'3" and her weight reduced to 130lb.

Has anyone out there had liposuction and it gave them the result they were seeking (realistically speaking)?

Should I get liposuction as a solution to achieve weight loss (I want to be 90-110)?

Answer:

Better to see someone who is trained in anti-aging medicine and take a more holistic approach. Sticking to a low Glycemic Index diet will make most people lose weight. Checking your hormone levels and nutritional status may reveal a deficiency that is making you more hungry and making it more difficult to lose weight. Liposuction typically makes you lose inches, but not that much weight. I would consider seeing someone trained in SmartLipo rather than traditional due to the skin tightening effect with this technique. SmartLipo would be 15-20,000$, traditional might be less, but its a much longer recovery with no skin tightening. Better to lose weight first before investing that kind of money.
