Liposuction Men

Question: I have read a great deal about plastic surgery and liposuction for
men, but I have not read any testimonials about its effectiveness. I
am specifically interested in Liposuction techniques for abs and
treatment for gynomastia. I need your comments,
especially from those men who have undergone surgery.
Can anyone help?
Answer: As a Plastic Surgeon I can tell you that these procedures are commonly
performed in men. In fact I had one patient who was a bouncer & former
bodybuilder. After stopping exogenous testosterone he developed areas of
excess subcutaneous fat in the torso in a pattern not commonly seen in
men. After a liposuction procedure including etching to approximate the
abdominal 6 pack look he was very happy.
Several times I have seen that procedure on television and every time I
makes my skin crawl. Talk about the hebejebees. I have to change the
channel.
