Liposuction Procedures

Question: What is the likelihood of having liposuction procedure with very
little to no result?
Recently had liposuction to abdomen, hips, buttocks,and outer thighs
with no evident result or change in pre-lipo appearance, infact clothing
more likely seems to fit worse instead of better! 7 months post lipo.
Can anyone give me some suggestions?
