Liposuction San Diego

Question:

I have heard a lot of anecdotal evidence about "blood cleaners" like goldenseal and echinacea, and can attest that the latter does do a serious job on particulates in the blood in about 2-3 days with healthy, repeated doses.

Who knows, one way or the other?

Answer:

The headshops in my area sell various products that supposedly "cleanse" the system, typically around $40 a pop, to be used the day of the test. A lot of them contain herbs including goldenseal; they all have to be mixed with lots of water and gagged down. The most authoritative literature I've seen says none of them are really worth the cash outlay. The consensus among several books I've read emphasizes drinking large amounts of liquids that contain diuretics, like cranberry juice or tea. I'd wager a can of Foster's that the costly herbal body cleansers contain diuretics as well. Anyone know if goldenseal or echinacea are diuretic?

The "bad" substances left behind after using cannabis are fat-soluble, and nothing besides liposuction will get them out quickly. They trickle out slowly over time, more quickly when the fat is being burned up as in heavy exercise or dieting. They supposedly also leach out more during sleep, so the first whiz of the day is likely to look worst. Taking in large amounts of liquids with diuretics forces a lot of water into the bloodstream and out through the kidneys quickly, minimizing the amount of drug metabolites in the urine.

There are a few good books around, but finding them in Oklahoma might be challenging.
