Question: A lot of people are coming to South Africa for plastic surgery etc. Not
purely for bargain surgery but alsobecause there are package deals which
allow a person to come for surgery and go on safari afterwards. The idea
being that people can go secretly and have the surgery done and just tell
everyone they've been on safari when they get back.
What's your ideas?
Answer: I'm now living in San Francisco.
This is bizarre. Why would you be so hypocritical as to have
liposuction and then pretend you didn't? Same with getting implants.
What's the point, if it's something you're ashamed of and yet you have
to live with it for the rest of your life?
As bazarre as it sounds, this is what has been going on for some time
now. There are varieties of breast implant surgeries that are essentially
invisible, and women in America are doing this all the time now. Often,
it involves their going on a trip, or vacation. They get the breast
augmentation the first thing, recoup for a couple of days, then go
out and have a lot of fun. There are entire economies that are greatly
stimulated by breast augmentation tourism, which we might call it. California,
the largest breast augmentation economy in the world, does lots of
this, and their beaches or resorts are swollen with freshly augmented
women for six months out of the year. The women come from all over the
US, knowing that California is the only place that they can get surgeries
that they feel are suitable to exactly what they want, rather than
standard surgeries meant for standard, and less common bod, as they
tend to favor elsewhere in the US. Women also come from other countries,
including the Asian countries and kingdoms, particularly Japan, where
women find it is much cheaper, and much better, to take a trip halfway
around the world and take a complete vacation in California, than it
is to try to get the boob jobs in Japan. Other economies, recently
Las Vegas, Nevada next to California, have been attempting to grab
some of Californias boob job tourism business, and other countries
have also been gearing up to maximally encourage breast augmentation
tourism, doing everything they can to lure American and Japanese women
to their shores. Surprisingly large numbers of American women have
now gotten their surgeries outside the US, and they usually get surgeries
that are extremely difficult if not entirely impossible to find in
the American mainland. Some countries or economies, such as the one
mentioned above or Las Vegas, now have liposuction packages that
allow the woman to achieve the perfect hourglass figure overnight,
and these liposuction and augmentation packages are extremely
effective in luring the American women to their countries, where
they subsequently serve to stimulate the entire tourist business
as well as their medical establishment.
