Question: Just hoping someone can help me. I have this fat sludge around my belly that
I can't seem to get rid of. I do sit ups - maybe 100's of them. I have this
belt vibration machine (my mom used it and it seemed to help her) . I do
bends from side to side. I take 5 slimming tablets per day. My fat % is in
the healthy range i.e. around 28%. (dont want to be too skinny!!) my diet is
quiet good - in fact 3 vegetables every day and at least one fruit. I go
for frequent walks with my dog Fifi (my cocker spaniel) - we walk around
the block most days. I try to avoid heavy exercise like jogging (I was told
that your heart only has so many beats over a life time and then it quits on
you). Anyone have any ideas for me?
Answer: Walking at 60% to 70% of maximum heart rate for 1 to 2 hours 5 times a week
you probably need to get that body fat down to 12% for that six pack to
show. A healthy body fat level is in the neighborhood of 15% depending on
your age.
(I was told that your heart only has so many beats over a life time and
then it quits on you).
Next fastest way, liposuction, only $2000 usd.
Especially since no plastic surgeon I know will do extensive ones...
