Liposuction Tampa

Question:

I always strive to be a true cuddly person, but my physical being seems to be working against me. I'm six feet tall, which some may see as an advantage (I can see over crowds in busy shopping centres, and pick apples from trees without a ladder) but along with it I weigh a mere 160lbs. How can I be truly cuddly and bouncy when a resemble a golf club? I've tried eating lots of yummy, scrummy chocolate, and drinking lots of cocoa, but I can't seem to shake this boney side to me. Am I cursed, was I a cuddle-free person in a former life? Can I get reverse liposuction and turn myself into a cute cuddly weeble? I do have long strokable hair though, so that might be a redeeming feature.

Answer:

I don't know how old you are my friend, but I can tell you as a mature cuddler. I went to school with virtual toothpicks. I mean they had to run around the shower to get wet. Then I went to a school reunion and guess what. A goodly number were either more fleshey, or were interestingly sculptured and with nice looking significant others by their side. A number of my shaplier school mates were either over weight or under ground. Just remember, be proud of who you are and what you are.You are special and unique. Love yourself, then others will follow suit. God doesn't make junk.

If you do truly want to gain weight, simply eating a lot won't necessarily help, and regardless, isn't always the best choice. Chocolate is not actually a very weight-gaining sort of thing, unless you eat it in terrifying quantity. The general recommendation for weight gain is a high-protein, high-carbohydrate diet, but even then, your best bet is to see a doctor, who can structure a weight-gain diet that's healthy and appropriate for you. He or she can also likely analyze your present diet and lifestyle, and determine what needs changing, so you can come to and maintain the weight you want. :)

One's diet is a carefully-balanced webwork of nutrients and wastes, and a change in one place can produce huge consequences in another. A dietician, or at least a medical doctor, is really necessary to help plan a whole picture for you.
