Cosmetic or 'plastic' surgery is merely another offshoot of an image/material culture that attempts to sell 'image' as more fundamental than development of authentic self.

Please take this schlock and move it to another website where it will be more apropos - maybe like alt.fan.barbie-look-alikes. Where I am sure you will find folks like the London model that has had 19 plastic surgeries
- so that she can look 'exactly' like 'Barbie'.

I doubt that plastic surgery will help you stop posting html files to substantially text-based networks. Brain surgery might offer some way out.
