Price Of Abdominoplasty

Question: Have anyone experienced abdominoplasty? what exactly does your stomach look like
now, and what did it look like pre-opt?
My boss's surgery cost $3200. Here in the metropolitan DC area most of her
estimates ranged from $6600 to $9000. Just 150 miles away the cost was far
less. I'll go there and save thousands, but I guess I'll have to spring for
a few days in a Hotel after I get out of the hospital.
The price of action is collossal!

Can anyone give me some advice and information?
Answer: My abdominoplasty:
The price was $3,850 plus
$75 for the support garment,
$20 for antibiotics and percoset and
$80 for blood typing and storage: (I took the option of having some blood set
aside in case I needed it.) (Which I didn't.)
The operation was performed in Charlottesville, VA.
The price quoted in the DC area was $7,200.
I have a 19 inch incision (not counting the incision around my belly button)
-well done and healing beautifully. I am at the end of week two and I weigh
the same as when I went in and my abdomen is still 1 inch larger than before
surgery. I now have a cute belly button.
Was it worth it? Too early to tell.
